Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive an automated return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its unused, original state.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the items.
